Shipping & Delivery

We’re committed to providing an efficient, environmentally responsible, and transparent shipping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about receiving your order.

  • All orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method. Currently, we ship using USPS Ground, which is a sustainable and cost-effective option. Most domestic deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after we’ve packed and shipped your order, though remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • At this time, we only offer ground shipping within the United States. We may expand our shipping choices in the future, but we prioritize methods with lower carbon emissions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer.

  • Orders containing products with different shipping requirements may be shipped separately. Shipping costs are calculated accordingly at checkout. If this relates to your order, you will be notified via email.

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally. All orders are limited to domestic deliveries within the United States.

Return Policy & Refunds 

We want you to love your purchase! Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and environmentally conscious.

  • Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please note that our garments are produced without hang tags to reduce waste, so we ask that you try items on thoughtfully.

    Items showing signs of wear including but not limited to, perfume, makeup, pet hair, deodorant marks, or washing – cannot be accepted. In these cases, items will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued.

    Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return their order. For USPS returns, customers may either:

    • Purchase a return shipping label directly from USPS; or

    • Contact our customer care team for instructions on generating a prepaid label (if available for your order)

  • Due to hygiene, safety, and experiential considerations, all accessories, beauty, home, and ritual items are FINAL SALE. This includes any products that come into direct contact with the body, flame, or are designed to be experienced upon opening.

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item if possible. We will assist with a replacement or resolution promptly.

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and are issued to the original payment method.

  • Unfortunately, returns outside the stated 14-day window cannot be accepted. Please review your return eligibility carefully before placing an order.
