Placing an order

  • Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to our customer care team and we’ll be happy to help.

  • We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

  • Many Psychomilf pieces are produced in limited quantities. While some items may return, others are truly one-time releases. We recommend joining our mailing list for restock updates and early access to new drops.

  • If you received the wrong item or something from your order is missing, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Shipping & delivery

  • Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. Exact delivery timelines will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We offer ground delivery as it has significantly lower CO2 emissions. We may expand shipping options in the future, but for now we’ll continue to use the more environmentally responsible shipping method. If you’re local to St. Paul/Minneapolis, you can select order pick-up at checkout and collect your order from us free of charge.

  • Yes. Orders containing items with different shipping requirements may ship separately. Shipping costs are calculated accordingly at checkout.

  • At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

  • We offer $5 flat rate shipping, and free delivery on any order over $150. You can also choose pick-up and collect it from us locally in Minneapolis for free.

  • Yes! We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $150. However, we may occasionally have a free shipping promo available for all orders. Be sure to register for our newsletter to be the first to know about any upcoming promotions and sales.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

  • Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and unwashed. To reduce waste, our garments are produced without hang tags – please try items on thoughtfully. We also ask that clothing is returned in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, pet hair, deodorant marks, or washing, will not be accepted. In these cases, the item will be returned to the sender and no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Each collection is limited edition and produced in small quantities. When items sell out quickly, returns can create inventory we may not be able to resell, leading to waste. To help reduce environmental impact and prevent deadstock, we maintain a 14-day return window for clothing.

  • Due to hygiene, safety, and experiential considerations, all accessories, beauty, home, and ritual items are final sale. This includes any products that come into direct contact with the body, flame, or are designed to be experienced upon opening.

  • Please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if possible, and we’ll assist with a replacement or resolution.

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Unfortunately, returns outside the stated window cannot be accepted. We encourage reviewing return eligibility before placing an order.

Materials & care

  • We use high quality natural materials, like silk and cotton, wherever possible. Home, beauty, and ritual items are made using thoughtfully sourced components chosen for quality and longevity.   • All Psychomilf products are designed in the USA. In addition to working with American manufacturers where possible, we also prioritize women-led and underrepresented production partners. For specific items which require specialty craftsmanship, we work with expert international partners.

  • Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a general guide: silk accessories should be hand-washed, cotton garments washed gently, and ritual items used mindfully and safely.

  • Yes. We prioritize ethical sourcing, small-batch production, and intentional design. Transparency guides our decisions – from materials and manufacturing to packaging and distribution.
